“Jake from JVM Builders carried out the removal of a load-bearing wall, installed an RSJ, cut through a cavity wall, fitted a new lintel, and installed a new window for us. The standard of work was excellent throughout. He was always punctual, professional, and kept me fully updated at every stage of the project. The work was completed to a very high specification, with great attention to detail and a clean, tidy finish. I am extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jake and JVM Builders to anyone needing structural or building work. Genuinely reliable and skilled”
