I had a recent not so good experience with another roofing company and John came around to look and quickly pointed out what should have been done and followed up with a very good quote. John fitted a new lead back gutter with 10 year guarantee and replaced broken/missing slates. His work is of exceptional standard with great attention to detail, clean, efficient and provided good communication explaining everything clearly and gave me photos after. I can’t thank John enough and highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for any roofing work. I will absolutely use them again. Thank you so much John!”

After dealing with a stressful roofing issue, John stepped in and completely exceeded our expectations. From the initial inspection through to the final completion of the work, staff were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions and made sure we felt confident about the process and the work being carried out. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and took great pride in what they did. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the staff. They were courteous, respectful and helpful — something that made a big difference during what could have been a very stressful situation. It’s rare to come across a company that combines such high standards of work with such a friendly and supportive team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done. A fantastic company with people who clearly care about their customers and their craft.
