Charlotte & Louise did a super job . Everything was left sparkling especially the oven which they had to work extra hard on !

Katie and her team did an amazing job with my end of tenancy clean. The property was cleaner than when I first moved in! The house was absolutely spotless, and they even managed to restore the bathroom grouting to a much better condition than I thought possible. The professional oven, carpet and sofa cleaning was worth every penny. Communication throughout was excellent and they arrived exactly at the agreed time. I would definitely recommend their services.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of cleaning was inconsistent — several areas, including a room and the hallway, were not cleaned, and the kitchen cleaning was below expectations. The service was also unreliable, as the cleaners left earlier than expected and the agreed work was not completed. Communication after raising the issue was dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this service due to concerns with quality, reliability, and communication.
