Karl did an amazing job. We had 2 water-damaged balcony sills to replace, and the surrounding skirting boards. Karl helped find the sills and advised on the skirting boards (in his own time). Job done really well and prices were very competitive. Would highly recommend for work.
Honestly, ifnI could give him 11/10 I would. Really good communicator, really reliable, good laugh too. We did a lot of this job together and it took much longer than expected (3 visits)... he still left in good spirits!
