"The locksmith answered the phone promptly and came out quickly to help. He explained what he was doing and was very polite and respectful towards my mum . He completed the job quickly and on his way out noticed that the other UPVC door was slightly awkward to close so he said he couldn’t possibly leave us like that , and as it was within the hour call out charge he would fix it with no extra charge . He was friendly and proud and we have no hesitation in highly recommending him ."
