“We used Peter to do a bunch of repairs on our roof of our old house in Glasgow. He was the the only quote who went up and had a look at the roof in person! He was very professional and advised us of the work needing done and didn't try two over sell. His quote was the most reasonable and he detailed the work needing done. The best aspect was the promptness and communication - he was reliable and turned up when he said he would and responded to enquires quickly. He also took photos as he went along showing is the work being done. He was also patient and let us get a couple of quotes in before making our final decision. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.”

I turned to trust a traderafter having so many roofers who failed to fulfill what they promised. When Pete attended on the initial visit very friendly and honest, he sent the quote on the same day, when I contacted him to confirm work to go ahead, a date was organised promptly. Craig came to do the work, we had a discussion (he was friendly with my dog too), he updated me regularly about what his plan was to complete the work. I have given 4 stars, because it was a leaky roof and we have not had rain, so I can't say if it is completely fixed yet.

Worked cleanly & efficiently - great job !
Peter came out quickly to look at a couple of leaks I had and some other work that I wanted doing. We agreed on a price and due to a cancellation on their side managed to squeeze me in quicker than expected. The guys who did the work were all polite, clean and on time and kept us up to date. They got the job done in the timeframe they said, my leaks are all fixed and other bits sorted. I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of service I received from these workers. They explained what they were doing and how long it was going to take. I was told what they were going to do on the next day and kept me informed as they went along. The three guys we had on sight were very polite and could not have been any better, I was unable to be in contact with them in person as I was unwell, but they kept my wife well informed. The job was completed well within time and I say again I am delighted with the job done. Harry Young.

He responded to my initial enquiry regarding repairing/replacing my flat roof really promptly, and was great at helping me understand what would be required. He explained the process, and the services that the company would provide, clearly and responded patiently and professionally to any questions and queries that I had. I felt that I was in good hands throughout. The whole job was completed in excellent time, even in the face of the wintry Scottish weather, and exceeded my expectations. Contacted Peter through Trust a Traded, within a few hours Connor was sent out to take a look at the work needing done. Quote and time was agreed and the next day Connor and team arrived to complete all the work to a very high standard in one morning. Very happy overall and has given us great peace of mind with regards to the condition of our roof.

Desperately needed a new roof on our extension, it was done fast and looks great.
The facias were needing replacing along with the gutters and one down pipe. Peter came round promptly and gave a quote the same day and managed to start the work which included painting rear down pipes, the next week with it being finished the next day. Paperwork with guarantee also supplied. Very happy with the work Peter did and would recommend him.
Communication was prompt and efficient. They came out to assess the roof soon after contact. I was shown the problem areas via photos and things being pointed out from the ground. They came out to start work the next day, and continued the day following. The team was friendly, polite, respectful, and punctual. The work came with a five year guarantee. Thank you.
I chose Nelson Property Maintenance as they came highly recommended on Trust a trader. I needed a small amount of ongoing damp sorted coming from my flat roof. Peter came the next morning to see the job and recommended a new flat roof ( I was aware it was over 30years old so probably needed replaced). He moved jobs about so he could do the work the following week. The guys worked hard and were polite and courteous. They also cleaned my gutters at no extra cost. I’d highly recommend them and felt the price was very fair and came with a 20 year guarantee. Thank you for a good job done.
Job done on a Saturday as needed it done before business trip. Arrived punctually and he completed work when I was out the house, tidied up after themselves.
