The work was undertaken as agreed in a timely manor with courtesy and due regard for my father’s wishes. Ross took the time to explain specific details to my father when required and Dad enjoyed Ross’s company, remarking how hard working he was. The pipework is very neat and we are highly delighted the whole house is warm. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and am grateful to Ross for taking on the challenge. Great job, well done and Thank you."
