I was planning to hire this company to maintain my properties, but after this experience, I am highly disappointed. The work included replacing silicone around the bath, treating mould and repainting the bathroom with mould treatment, renewing an extractor fan, and renewing the kitchen light with stain blocking. However, the mould treatment and stain blocking were left patchy, as shown in the pictures, and the overall finish was unprofessional. For the price charged, the quality was unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.
