Did a great job fitting a smart thermostat that I had bought separately. It was easy for them, arrived on time, fitted it quickly, explained how it all worked, cleaned up. Great job. Easy to pay.
I contacted Kemco for water-tank servicing and gas certificate. Interaction was good, company responsive, engineer courteous. What felt odd: i) the engineer did not ask for the water-tank booklet to record the servicing; ii) was very insistent that a membrane within might fail and would need a change of the cylinder; iii) it required some asking to get the gas certificate after the inspection. The really odd bits: after the inspection the boiler was left with too little pressure to work and house water pressure has dropped massively. The company did not respond to my queries on this.
