"Ken Beresford has a 5 star rating on Checkatrade. I disagree with that completely - it should be 6 star ! I wanted my bath to be taken out and the bathroom to be re-organised with a shower cubicle installed. Other potentials from Checkatrade all sounded very competent, but Ken somehow had a totally professional attitude that gave me the confidence that he knew precisely what he was doing. And he did! Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Ken as being thoroughly competent, finally leaving everything neat and tidy and on taking a pride in the job he did."
