I am super pleased with the results. Turned up when they said they would, very polite and very hard working. Professional service and no mess left either. I have just received a certificate of guarantee also which is reassuring for the next 10 years. Would highly recommend their work to my friends and family. Thank you.
This company was originally contracted for a small repair but on closer inspection of the roof it became clear that the job was much bigger. The previous owner had inserted expansion foam into the roof some 30 years ago and now the timbers were all rotten. We ended up needing an entirely new roof and are still waiting for the final release of money to pay for this via a new mortgage. Kennedy have been very understanding about this and accept that this may take a week or two to arrange. Quite a shock for us but they have been very helpful and supportive. The standard of work has been excellent.
Roofer cleared the gutters efficiently and competently. Explained what he was doing.
We discovered unexpected deterioration in our roof after we called the company to attend to a couple of slow leaks. It was far worse than we had envisaged. However Kennedy Roofing came, established the problems and promptly set about rectifying it. They were brilliant. They came over a 6 day period, were friendly, prompt, thorough and very efficient and tidied up completely when they finished. A job well done.

Work consisted of; repointing ridge tiles, new flashing, tile replacement and gutter cleaning. All work completed as agreed and to a good standard. A video was provided after the work was completed. They tidied up afterwards and left the property as if they had never been. Would recommend to others.
He was recommended by a friend that I trusted, they tidied up when they finished.
His team were really professional, knew their stuff - they did an excellent job on a very very old roof.
I was very pleased with the work of this trader. There was slightly longer to wait than I was hoping between quoting for the work and arriving to start, but once they were here matters proceeded to plan. If the delay was due to having to allocate additional time to a previous job, this is understandable, and we in fact benefitted from their willingness to spend additional time here. The scope of the work increased (considerably) after they had started and further problems came to light, but they came up with revised quotes quickly and adhered to them. The fact that we were without hot water for a few days has cost them one mark, but otherwise a high level of satisfaction.
