"Connor was very helpful, clear and explanatory regarding the works to be done at our tenanted flat which was suffering severe water penetration issues. This was caused by several factors in the building fabric which we as flat owners could not look to rectify as it was awaiting action from the building management company. Connor ioffered useful solutions at a fair price. His communication and feedback was very good. His company did an excellent thorough job leaving the flat neat. We have every hope that the sturdy measures he installed wlll keep our tenants comfortable this winter."
