He came on the day we moved (in the depths of winter) to help fire up and optimise the existing system. He then worked with us over several sessions to work out exactly what was needed, taking time to explain and agree everything clearly. He then worked tirelessly to install the new system in the space of only one week. He was always on time (early), worked quietly and neatly, kept us informed along the way, and left everything immaculately clean at the end. Highly recommended"
