Gareth quoted us based on the job rather than only giving us a day rate like other builders. He explained exactly what needed doing and was able to commit this side of Christmas before the weather gets worse and worse. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and he showed me exactly what he was doing at each stage whilst he was at our house doing the work. We would highly recommend Gareth and the team! Gareth turned up as promised with his workmate (sorry never asked his name) 😞 they cracked on immediately, no fuss, no mess, left my pavement & garden clean & tidy. Recommend to anyone. Thankyou.
From providing estimate, scheduling and carrying out the re-pointing a perfect project in every way. Gareth couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. He and Richard worked very hard -- took great care of the surrounding area -- and left the area extremely clean, neat and tidy. The re-pointing was done very thoroughly and to a very high standard. I can't recommend K&G highly enough.
