“Jamie was fantastic- came out promptly, surveyed the roof with a drone and showed us the issues- advised on what was critical and what could wait. Came across as very professional and trustworthy. Work was arranged and completed promptly and everyone who attended the property was super friendly. Scaffolding was also taken down in good time. Overall very very pleased and compare very favourably to roofers we've used before. Definitely recommend- thanks Jamie and team!”

It is lovely to deal with a tradesman who does what they say, arrives when they say they will and charges a decent price. Will certainly use this company again. Very impressed.
This was the second time I've used Kidderminster Roofing (for a different issue!) so I think that says it all! They inspected the roof, showed me photos and explained what they thought the problem was and what they would do. They came on time to carry out the work. I would use them again if I have any problems in the future.
Great service from start to finish. We had roof, guttering and a small bay window roof completed. Looks to be a really neat and quality job. Would recommend. Great communication and completed the job quicker than we thought. The pic is the job part way through!

Fantastic job, very professional company
We consulted multiple roofing companies, including Kidderminster Roofing, regarding our roof. While the other companies immediately recommended a full roof replacement without thoroughly inspecting it, Jamie from Kidderminster Roofing provided an honest assessment. He assured us that our roof was structurally sound, suggesting only the rafters need re-fixing and the chimney repointing. Ultimately, we opted to have the rafters refitted and the chimney repainted with lead replacement around the Chimey. We were immensely impressed by Jamie's integrity and transparency. The work was completed yesterday, and the quality is exceptional. We are delighted with Kidderminster Roofing's honesty and dedication to their craft. Without a doubt, we will turn to them again for any future roofing needs.

Selecting a roofing contractor is not something householders do very often and a number of contractors were approached. Kidderminster Roofing Contracts Ltd responded promptly to our enquiry, took the trouble to put up a ladder to check what was required (others took either six weeks to respond to our enquiry or quoted from the drive) KRC Ltd, carried out the work speedily and efficiently and we would use again and recommend to others.
Excellent service from start to finish. On time, polite, very efficient team who obviously knew their job. Jamie kept in touch even though the weather delayed putting a date in the diary. The team cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I was confident enough to leave them to it even though I had to go out before they had finished. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks. PS They also made a big fuss of my dog which earned them extra Brownie points!
