“Communication was easy, costs were as discussed and the quality of the work carried out was of a very high standard, as I was hoping for. I think what stands out most though was the professional but friendly nature of all of the employees who we got to know. The process was so smooth and enjoyable as a result. When decisions needed to be made, over grout, the nature of the finish etc, the guys took the time to check in with us first in good time and when we were concerned over a tiny crack in our porcelain tiles, they were really happy to rectify it. I would unreservedly recommend them.”
