Kings Cuts Tree Services Limited

We have been using this company for around 5 years and will continue to use them. They are one of very few companies I recommend to friends and family. They are very reliable, honest and flexible. There is nothing they can't do. The customer service and communication are brilliant.

Reduction of a cherry tree and very large over grown holly bush. Jason and his team were very tidy and protected my plants in the area they were working. He was so careful to take all waste and not to leave any holly leaves on the lawn as I have children who play bare foot. A very caring gentleman. I have booked again for more work at the end of the summer

I have been using them for 6 years and I can honestly say I fully trust them and can't praise them enough. Always very clean and tidy and the team he sends are very respectful and completes the job to the best oof standards.

Rang up Kings and the booking process to come round to look at the hedges was easy. Someone inspected and a real quote received via email and agreed. On the day the two gardeners turned up and trimmed back hedges and trees. The job was done so quickly, because they came with all the right professional equipment including a grinder. This was refreshing as I’ve used other companies that were ill prepared and it took ages to complete the job.would definitely recommend Kings.

Made arrangements in 2023 for this company to return on 2/4/24. When they didn’t show I wasn’t too bothered. On 7/5/24 I rang to make arrangements for them to trim my hedges. Later that day a lovely lady rang me to say they had done the work on 2/4/24. I said that men had come and did some cutting on 5/4/24, (we were out) but they had not knocked at the start nor the end of the job and we had no clue who they were. On 8/5/24 I fully paid the invoice for the work done on 5/4/24 but sent a text saying I was not happy with the work but I had paid. Jason asked if I wanted them to come back and pay more attention and I said yes. That was on 9/5/24, to date nothing. I cannot understand how tradespeople would not knock on the door prior or after carrying out work. Where is the customer satisfaction and care? The company started off so well - hence the reason I wanted them to be my regular gardeners and in fact they have not answered my initial request on 7/5/24 which was to have someone attend to trim my hedges. No matter, as luckily there are other companies out there!

Kings Cuts' service was first class. Speedy and helpful site visit; detailed quotation; and efficient, expert and friendly in carrying out the work. And when Thames Water unexpectedly dug up the road outside 24 hours beforehand, they went out of their way to deal with the resulting complications!
