The standard of work was exceptional - they really understand the importance of detailed prepping, which was done immaculately, as was the excellent finish. They communicated at all times about any unforeseen issues and were very flexible about needing access to opening windows etc. Kevin, Jez and Phil were really polite, friendly and professional at all times. They were extremely tidy, hoovering every night before leaving."
