“I can't believe how quickly Kirk responded when I called, especially during that weird time between Christmas and New Year's. He was at my place within an hour – I wasn't even home yet, that's how fast he got there! Kirk was super helpful. He sent me WhatsApp photos of the roof damage, explained what needed doing, and gave me a price quote, all within an hour of checking things out. They came back just two days later, racing against the forecast snow to get everything sorted. Kirk and his mate were right on time, tidy, polite, and did exactly what they promised when they promised. They replaced all the broken and fallen tiles, repointed all the ridge and hip tiles & cleaned out all the guttering. They did a great job and even left everything neat and tidy when they finished. I wish all home repairs could be this smooth! If you need any roof work done, these guys are definitely the ones to call. Seriously, I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!”

hired KM Property Repairs to carry out roof repairs on my property. At first, I was satisfied with the quote provided, as I was assured that: • I would receive photos before, during, and after the work, so I could monitor progress. • I would be given a proper guarantee for the work carried out. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. As a registered blind person, I am considered vulnerable. At the very end of the job, I was told that additional urgent work was required. I felt I had no choice but to hand over more money. Again, no photographic evidence was provided to justify the extra work, nor was I given reassurance that it had actually been carried out. I would not recommend this trader.
We would highly recommend KM Property Repairs for any repair work. I placed the add and within the hour was contacted and arrangements made to visit property to inspect the problem area. He identified the problem, showed me and offered a fair price to repair the problem. He then showed me previous work and this clearly identified his experience. He returned the following day and the work was completed. His standard of work was excellent.
Kirk fitted new flashing to chimney to repair leak and re pointed chimney and ridges. Very hard working and takes pride in his work. Kirk did the job at short notice due to the leak and always kept clean and tidy and price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to friends and would not hesitate to have more work done by him if required.
Excellent work Fitted new tiles to the kitchen roof and replaced all of the guttering.
Kirk did the roof repairs and job well done. Honest and reasonable price , left all cleaned up. Will be using him again for other jobs. Thank you

Fitted a chimney Cowl to stop those horrid Jackdaws nesting and blocking the chimney. It needed an internally fitted cowl because of the design of the chimney, he didn't have one in stock so agreed for me to purchase a suitable cowl from Amazon at cost and he fitted the cowl. He arrived when he said he would and fitted it in minutes on a very steep roof.
Kirk and his team have done various jobs for me over the past few months including: Re-fitting a new downstairs bathroom, New utility room, Pointing, Roofing work Re-configuring bedrooms Electrical and garden work All jobs have been completed to a high standard and I am very pleased with the outcome. Kirk and his team have worked tirelessly and no job seems to be to big or small. They are spotless making sure at the end of the day the area they have worked on is tidy. Each job Kirk has explained how they will tackle the job and given timesclaes. Refershing to have a builder complete their jobs when they say they would. Great bunch of lads, hard working grafters. Highly reccomended.

I"m so grateful to KM he turned up Monday evening. As I had the rain pouring through my kitchen roof on Friday. Arranged to come back after I finished work on Tuesday and fix the roof. I would definitely get him to do any further work and I would recommend to anyone looking for a roofer. friendly and reliable
