KM Builders+Roofers replaced a large flat roof for me last year. The response to my inquiry for an estimate was prompt(within the hour) and came for an initial site visit as arranged. The estimate was given within 24 hours and a time to start works was agreed to suit my requirements. When the team came to commence work introductions were made and the schedule discussed. The team worked diligently throughout the time they were on site and communication was always excellent. I was extremely confident in their approach and high standards of work. As a retired woman living alone I appreciated their ability to discuss all aspects of the work with me and the respect with which they acknowledged my decisions at all times. It is always easy to contact KM Builders and they will 100% promptly get in touch directly. The standard of completed work is highly satisfactory and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I needed a roof repair for a house in Plymouth and hunted around for quotes. Some companies did not even respond but KM Building and Roofing called back straight away and arranged to view and quote the job. Once agreed, the work was carried out promptly and professionally and within the agreed timescales. I was provided with videos / pictures of the work “before and after” and a full explanation. I was very happy with the repairs and would highly recommend Ken and his team.

The surveyor was very honest, I was considering replacing whole roof but his advice was not to and just repair ridge tiles and advised if I wanted to spend more doing soffits was more important. They started work within the agreed 4 weeks, I was impressed as they was a big storm in this period and I am sure quite a few emergency jobs that came in for them so I was expecting a delay. Communications were good throughout, I tended to have to contact outside normal working day due to my commitments and this was not a problem. I am not sure if I could have got a cheaper quote but I just felt I would have no problems with this team and I was right and to be honest I just needed a hassle free transaction.
