I hit the jackpot when I found Kozi Construction. They replaced the subfloor in my hall after a bad leak. Valter and his nephew were absolutely brilliant in every way. I highly recommend them. 5* service.
Fantastic job, replacing the entire flooring in the ground floor of our house, wooden flooring in lounge, hall and dining room and ceramic tiles in the kitchen, lovely guys to deal with, would definitely recommend 😀
Kozi Construction waste no time. They are always tidy, considerate and polite. I find them trustworthy and would recommend them any time. The photo shows protective mesh covering of outside walls done efficiently in just over a week. Internal repair works were also carried out.
We have used Valter multiple times, whether it is for re-tiling bathrooms or fixing our staircase, and many small jobs in between. Each time, Valter has been highly professional and carried out the work with a high level of care and detail. Would highly recommend.
Valter and Zieber from Kozi Construction are the best builders/multi-skilled tradesmen I have ever used. They arrive on-time, work extremely hard, and get the job done to a very high standard. I used them for multiple repairs; most recently to fix my bathroom where damp had penetrated through from a leaking roof. Their prices are also fair and reasonable.

Valter and his team were and continue to be punctual, on budget, creative with their ideas, tidy and best of all really good builders. Totally dedicated to our project throughout - no skivving off to the cafe on a rainy day. Added the new decking. They have returned to help with other work - new windows etc. Great experience
