I engaged with KPD Construction LTD to perform a ground floor extension and remodelling on a 3 story end of terrace house in Islington. So a full extension and adding a bathroom and utility room on the ground floor plus interior decoration and redoing the back yard / courtyard. The quality of the work was to a very high standard. I was on site (living upstairs) for the whole build and observed the attention to detail his team gave to the build. There was no such thing as a botched piece of work or corner cut. This is a team of professionals working to a very high standard.
Pawel and his team recently completed a full interior renovation of our home, including levelling of the floors and full decoration. Overall we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The team were always friendly, professional, and dependable throughout the project. The initial quote was highly detailed, providing clarity from the start, and the communication throughout was always excellent. The work was completed on schedule and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KPD for any home renovation project!
Pawel provided us with a very detailed quote, unlike the other companies we spoke to. The team were extremely polite, trustworthy and respectful at all times. Pawel was very responsive and was always happy to explain decisions and techniques to us. He also made suggestions that our architect had not considered, which has improved how we have used the space. The work was done to a very high standard, as noted by other trade professionals who have since visited. We are extremely happy with KPD and are considering using them when we renovate our bathroom, and would recommend them to others.
