Had an Ohme EPod Charger fitted which I supplied and the electrician then charged for cable and installation. All appeared fine when it was installed in July, but was not used until mid October due to delays in the car dealer obtaining the vehicle. The charge point was used from mid October every day but about two weeks after start of use the box started to come away from the wall, as the rawlplugs used were not doing their job. I contacted the electrician several times where he promised to come out to fix the issue, but never did and subsequently I had to use a local electrician to re-secure
