L Smith Construction took on a big job for us openning up the back of our house, fitting RSJs, bifold doors, roof lantern then fitting a complete new kitchen and utility room. The project has gone perfectly and we are extremely pleased with the result. Luke's team have always been totally professional, worked to the highest standard, been punctual, friendly and tidy. Luke has been a fantastic project manager and everything went without a hitch. We are happy to recommend L Smith Construction without reservation.

We have just completed a single storey kitchen extension with L Smith. The experience from quote to completion was 100% positive. Luke and has team worked well throughout, finishing pretty much on time and completely on budget. No mean feat considering the current wider issues and materials and labour shortages. They did what they said they would do, on each and every day. We were consulted throughout the build, to ensure fit and finish were to our expectations. Luke's own builders and his trusted contractors for electrical, plumbing and carpentry works, were all excellent.

We engaged Luke to undertake some ceiling and roof works, agreeing a price and a time. I called him two weeks before the start date to check everything was in order and went through to voice mail. Since then he has been uncontactable by phone, email and even social media. The project has now gone back to square 1 and we're a year behind. Bitterly disappointed as we'd turned down other options.
