“I found Liam through Trustatrader. I asked him to investigate into my bathroom ceiling. In person, Liam is very straightforward. After checking the roof, he came up with two prices for the job depending on the materials to be used. I never felt pressurised into going for the more expensive option and chose the cheaper option after some thought. Liam arranged a date to do the work, which he completed quickly and without fuss. He removed all of the old materials and left things clean and tidy. I would definitely use him again.”

Liam was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He came around and assessed the work in prompt time, and provided the cost quickly. He explained the work needing doing, which I felt was fair and honest. It was also reasonably priced. The job was rescheduled several times, but once it was done it was completely quickly. Quality of the work seems good, and Liam provided photo records of all the work done. I would be happy to recommend him

Liam did a fantastic job installing new guttering and a fascia board. Very professional throughout, he inspected the gutter and provided photos before quoting, which was reassuring. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and he provided photos at the end of the job too, leaving the area clean and tidy. He even came back to check the roof when I was concerned about a separate unrelated issue. Thanks Liam.

I would highly recommend Liam. Any work that he completes is of a high standard.My outside drain pipe had come away and within 2 days it had been fixed back to the wall with a much better fitting then before. If u want a reliable, efficient and approachable person who takes pride in his work, I wholeheartedly recommend him. Have already passed on his number to other friends to have worked done.
