“Lakeside Construction (Simon Adcock) was professional and helpful throughout the whole process of tendering to completion . Our building project was not at all straightforward comprising a significant extension to the existing property as well as redesigning a proportion of the downstairs interior to a kitchen diner and utility and a garden room. Simon was able to understand our requirements and often made alternative suggestions that would be more sympathetic to the design. All his costs were transparent and there were no hidden surprises.”
“Simon and his team have completed a number of projects during the refurbishment of our House and we could not have been happier with the price, quality of work and service, The last project they completed was our first floor bathroom, which although was a small job in comparison, had a big impact on the rest of the House. Simon and his team worked neatly and always ensured that the impact was kept to a minimum. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team for any building works you have on, whether they are large or small.”
