Quick and neat LVT flooring laid, old carpet removed and taken away, floor made good before laying LVT. Excellent work.
Amir poked a hole in one of the water pipes during installation, then I had to go through series of headaches to get it sorted. Refused to take responsibility for his actions. His job quality for the stairs was very poor, pieces started to come off just a few days after. He now refuses to come back and fix it because its a small job for him. Even though he keeps claiming life time warranty, you should not believe. If you want to stay away from trouble, stay away from this service provider.
Initially, the flooring looked great but upon closer inspection there was damage in some areas. I pointed some of this out to Amir before he left my property but told me it was a “defect” in the wood but when I looked closer it was clear it was not a defect but damage. When I looked closer at other areas there were places where the wood was clearly damaged. Amir sent someone to look at it who agreed it was damaged but said it was “too hard” to fix. Amir then ignored all my follow up messages.
