Contracted LANDE after moving house. They completed a number of major and minor projects, including the removal of internal walls, fitting rooms of a whole new bathroom, large extension including new island kitchen and living space, large garden room (8m x 5m) and patio / ground works. The company were always easy to communicate with and flexible as plans changed; due to some required planning alterations these plans changed in a few occasions and they were always understanding, accommodating and ready to lend useful advice. The works carried out were excellent on the whole, and when a couple of minor snagging issues were discovered (which is inevitable in this size build) they were always happy to return and sort. Overall, would wholeheartedly recommend LANDE and would certainly use them again.

Lande Solutions created a first floor extension over an existing garage. This enlarged two existing bedrooms and an existing ground floor utility room. Whilst completing this work we added several other tasks including a new front door with additional side light panels, a resin drive (existing paving was lifted and a new patio area created), fit out of the newly increased utility room, new stair bannisters, much painting and decorating, electrics, plumbing, roof works and very likely a few other jobs in between! Nothing was too much trouble - solutions found where problems arose - our property was respected at all times, all areas kept tidy and our neighbours considered when parking became busy. Communication for us was key and Lande did not disappoint, keeping us informed at every stage and being flexible when we needed them to be. They are great team and made the upheaval easier to tolerate. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found them and are totally delighted by the work they have completed. Neighbours have complimented us on the quality of the work and also the Lande team on their respect and consideration within our road. We have another job lined up for them!

I bought an architect designed bungalow, built in 1971. It had been in possession of the same family for many years and had not been upgraded. The design and layout of the house was excellent but it required a total upgrade: re-roofing, re-pointing, re-weather boarding, re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-flooring. We also insulated the house to high modern standards and enlarged all the windows, replacing them with double glazing. Skylights and velux windows were added to increase natural light, as were french windows, four sets of bifold doors and a new front door. The central heating system was replaced, with a new water tank and boiler installed. The kitchen and two bathrooms were replaced, along with re-configured cupboards, extensive bookshelving and new interior doors. The gardens were a jungle and a haven for foxes. A small garage directly in front of the house was demolished with the bricks retained for further building. In the front of the house, trees and scrubland were removed, the parking area levelled, a patio and flower-beds built, the drive with its electrically operated gate re-laid and new fencing installed. The interior courtyard was re-paved, the back garden re-configured, and exterior lighting and cameras installed. Lande Solutions was highly recommended to me by a friend who knew the building trade. Stewart Epps and his team of skilled tradesmen gave their all to my project. I really valued their input and their attention to detail. Their standards were first rate. And, in the six months it took to complete the project, there were only two days when, for good reason, there was no one from the team on site. I am a woman in my late seventies. Stewart, his team, and his wonderful PA did everything they could to relieve me of pressure on this project, from their help in choosing my new kitchen and bathrooms to their understanding of my taste and their help with the decoration.
