James was courteous and very accommodating regarding arrangements for providing a quote. The quote was excellent value and the house clearance was done as requested and with no fuss despite the restricted access and awkward staircases. Many thanks to James and Rob.

James & team were brilliant from start to finish. Great communication and the guys turned on time and did a great job. Made everything so easy. Lovely people to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Job was booked in really quickly and laycie services did an amazing job and cleared all rubbish from a house renovation for us, Fast, Reliable and trustworthy service at a really good price would highly recommend
