Love my new blinds. Great service from start to finish
Great Service from start to finish. Ian was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Kept informed throughout the order progress up to the installation. Really pleased with my blinds, that look very stylish. Even went back to order more and change others within the house because I preferred the cassette finish, rather than just a plain roller blind. Also ordered Shutters for my Son's room as he did not want blinds. I would 100% recommend L&B Blinds and Shutters

Excellent work
Ian has been amazing from start to finish. We ordered various different types of blinds that he also installed in our house He is very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. He kept us in the loop when there were delivery issues with the supplier (outside of his control). He was honest an transparent and also passed on the discount to us that he received from the supplier due to their delays. He is considerate and careful when installing the blinds. I highly recommend him. Excellent customer service and value for money.

A fantastic service
Would highly recommend using L&B blinds. We had our whole house fitted and are really happy with the products. Not only this but Ian was clear in communication, on time and felt he went out of his way to make sure we got all the right samples and that we were happy with the end result.
We had our installation of plantation shutters completed this weekend by L&B Blinds and Shutters. Ian was extremely helpful in explaining the options available to us and was in communication throughout the project from quote to install. The quotation was extremely competitive compared to other suppliers. The installation was professional and clean. There was nothing to clear up and all the rubbish was removed from site. The shutters themselves look amazing and are of high quality. We would highly recommend L&B Blinds and Shutters.

Brilliance and Precision from Start to Finish
We recently had blinds (Roman, Venetians, Door screens and Roof windows) and curtains installed at our new home by L&B Blinds and Shutters, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ian Williams who is the owner, took care of this project from start to finish, and was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Ian accommodated us with a full measurement and quote, making the process seamless and stress-free. Throughout, he was incredibly responsive, amending quotes and maintaining clear, timely communication whenever needed. The installation itself was truly the “icing and cherry on top”, carried out with great care, precision, and attention to detail. Ian and his wife, who assisted on the day, were both professional and respectful of our home, leaving everything spotless afterward. Our house now looks fantastic, and it feels as if the blinds and curtains have always belonged here. A huge thank you to Ian for his absolutely brilliant work, we are so grateful! Ian called with sample books to measure and give quote. He gave on the spot advice as to the suitability of fabric and ongoing maintenance re cleaning the blinds. My back door window was a little difficult due to its positioning, but a solution was quickly found. On the day of fitting just a few weeks later, all was completed cleanly and without fuss. Ian demonstrated the workings of the vertical blinds and built in roller blind. Very happy with service, price, quality and fitting - I will be using L&B Blinds again

L&B Blinds & Shutters provided an excellent service from start to finish. Ian, the owner, fitted Venetian blinds in our bay window and made the entire process seamless. From the initial visit, he took precise measurements and presented a wide range of samples, offering multiple quotes to suit our budget, no pressure, just honest advice from a professional. His pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to larger chains like Hillary’s. The payment process was straightforward, with 50% due on order and the rest upon completion. Ian arrived on time, worked efficiently with minimal disruption, and had the blinds installed quickly and to a high standard. I wished to install a patio awning and got into contact with L&B Blinds because of the positive reviews found on Which? and the detailed Q&A information set out in the company's website, which gave me confidence that the company knows and is serious about its business. My subsequent dealings with the company proved that I had made the correct decision. Ian was quick, clear and patient in answering all my questions, and arrived 15 minutes early on the day of installation and finished the work with his partner well within the estimated time. The work was done neatly and the awning looks great and secure. The charges were exactly as quoted. Clear aftercare instructions were also provided. Although, frankly, the awning is not cheap, I'm confident it's good value for money given the quality, workmanship and star service! I'm 100% happy with my experience dealing with L&B Blinds and highly recommend it!

Ian installed blackout blinds in my bedroom. His price was very good and his work was extremely efficient. I am more than happy with the blinds he installed and I can finally sleep in my room well.
