Ian was quick, clear and patient in answering all my questions, and arrived 15 minutes early on the day of installation and finished the work with his partner well within the estimated time. The work was done neatly and the awning looks great and secure. The charges were exactly as quoted. Clear aftercare instructions were also provided. Although, frankly, the awning is not cheap, I'm confident it's good value for money given the quality, workmanship and star service! I'm 100% happy with my experience dealing with L&B Blinds and highly recommend it!

Ian called with sample books to measure and give quote. He gave on the spot advice as to the suitability of fabric and ongoing maintenance re cleaning the blinds. My back door window was a little difficult due to its positioning, but a solution was quickly found. On the day of fitting just a few weeks later, all was completed cleanly and without fuss. Ian demonstrated the workings of the vertical blinds and built in roller blind. Very happy with service, price, quality and fitting - I will be using L&B Blinds again
