The plumber Sam was very polite and even took his shoes off at the front door. He was knowledgeable of my plumbing issue and gave good advice. He was not pushy, just informative.

The team were exceptional, hard working, polite and trustworthy. The installation was an oil boiler, new pipe work and rearranging pipe work etc. they vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. I was more than satisfied and they were very professional at all times

I have booked in this company to replace my broken shower mixer. I called and they told me their hourly rate on the phone and said it will be that plus materials. I emailed the pictures and they replied saying they can replace it for £175.00 + vat. They came to replace the shower and my husband had to pay £324.00!!! After I emailed to ask why, they replied that I was told over the phone hourly rate and the email stated only price of materials. This was not clarified anywhere in the email and it's a big difference! I would not recommend them as, although everything else was done good, the price is what matters to all at these hard times. It's unprofessional and deceiving. Will not be using their services anymore.

I was charged £115 for 15 mins of work to replace a washer on a kitchen sink tap. I was not made aware that this was the minimum charge over the phone when I called and I had nothing in writing to confirm this. When I called to query I was essentially told that it was my fault for not understanding that an hourly charge applies even if the work is completed in much less time than this and that I should have looked at their T&C's which are on their website. Very disappointed and feeling like I have been completely taken advantage of.

I have used the services of LCA on numerous occasions over the years and once again they have performed to high standards, my outdoor tap wouldn't turn off which was going to cause significant problems for my garden and within an hour of my initial call to them a engineer arrived and replaced the tap with no issues. Would always reccomend to friends and family.

A poorly made joint on a T-piece connection in our central heating pipe, embedded in the concrete base of our kitchen floor, had been causing a very slow seepage of water into the surrounding concrete for years, but without any visible sign until recently. Having had a specialist company identify the leak source, and excavate to it and provide a temporary repair, we had LCA come to implement a permanent repair that would allow the floor to be made good again. We are full of admiration for the quality of the work that Ben carried out, in a location that couldn't have been easy to work in, and on pipework that had been encased in concrete for over 40 years. A superb job, and we are pleased that we agreed to his suggestion that a 2nd T-piece, adjascent to the repaired one, should also be repaired. Excellent work in all respects, from the admin team down to Ben doining the work. Thank you to the entire team at LCA.

Areeb was punctual, efficient and extremely conscientious and diligent. Work was more complex and time consuming than initially thought but Areeb completed the works to perfection including adapting for old parts. Big thank you to all the Areeb, Daniel and the LCA team.
