He offered to lend me equipment and give me a hand to remove the gas hob and install the electric replacement. Lee also provided excellent "advisory" information regarding previous installations, showing me potential issues and suggesting reparations - although not in a "salesy" way. Lees' pricing was very reasonable and made absolutely certain that we were happy with everything before he left. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lee or using him again.”

I needed Lee to help an emergency problem. He responded quickly, and communicated throughout his visit today, advising me of what he was doing. I have used Lee before a year or so ago, and have no reason to want look for another plumber at any future point.
I can't get I've how nice this guy is. Very knowledgeable, punctual and overall could not have booked anyone better. Very happy with the pricing and got the job done quickly and his apprentice was wonderful too! Good job guys, highly recommend you any day of the week!

Lee was exceptional in the work he did. Even doing more than was asked. He was very kind, patient and good at what he did. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you so much Lee and his 'helper' Adam.
Lee installed a new boiler after old one broke down. All work completed within a week of callout. Excellent service, polite and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
Service engineer informed he can attend in a few days, requested photos of toilet leak etc. After sending this requested info, engineer deemed issue was quite serious and said he would attend ASAP. Engineer attended same day and quickly diagnosed fault, carried out repairs. Job done within 1 hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.
We have used Lee many times in the past. We called him in to do a service on our Megaflo unvented cylinder. He quickly assessed that the pressure relief valve was sticking and needed replacing, and advised replacement of the pressure/temperature relief valve due to the age of the cylinder. He ordered the parts and returned within three working days to fit. All working perfectly now.
