Lee was excellent both in the quality of the work and his relationship with us. He responded to the request on Checkatrade very quickly, came out and assessed the job and gave us a quote. The atrocious weather delayed the start. It became clear that the previous ineffective repair work we'd had done was very poor quality, which meant that Lee had more extensive work to do than first thought, but he stuck to the original quote. He kept us informed, kept a photographic record, and was meticulous throughout. We were very impressed - restored our faith in roofers! Wouldn't hesitate to use him aga
Lee was very friendly, helpful and punctual. Great communication and very clean/tidy job. Would certainly use again (not that I'll need it with the quality of his work), and wouldn't hesitate to suggest his services.
