Unfortunately, the waste disposal unit I bought from the manufacturer had one screw missing (literally) which meant another visit a few days later to finish the installation when the replacement screw arrived. Khalifa’s communication was excellent throughout, providing articulate and near-instant responses to all of my questions by text beforehand. He worked flexibly around my availability and kept me informed about his arrival time. He did a quality, tidy job at a fair price, paying attention to the details of the finish. Aftersales support has been quick with excellent supplementary advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Khalifa.
