Latest update. Dont use this guy, he posted a bad review on tripadvisor about my restaurant as I had said before, he is a cowboy and people like him should not be in business. I am now starting a legal proceeding for libel against him. Business that cannot accept criticism should not be in business, dont use it, there is much better than him. Really disappointed. First you check their website and it says no call out charge, then you ring asking to come and check and you are said that there is a call out charge, when mentioning the website, eventually, John came. He had a look at the job and agreed price and everything. He said that to do the job would have taken him about 1 hour for which he charges £67 plus parts. Got to where the job was taking place and seen that he had done it in about 20 minutes, so I asked a price reduction, he did not agree, asked to see the invoices for the parts, he is not supposed to keep them with him, all in all, felt robbed. Robbed because I am sure he knew that the job would have taken 20 minutes and if he had said so, I would have never agreed for him to come, £117 for a 20 minutes job? Not only, I cant comment yet on the job he has done, however, from the outside, it does not look some of the parts he used are of good quality, I am referring to the taps. Will I be using them again? No, sorry, you can be as good as a plumber can be, but never felt so robbed in my life.update. The above individual offended my by text for the review and threatened to write bad reviews on my establishment on tripadvisor and now is offending my intelligence . You quoted me by the hour, i can ask the staff to put their reviews if you want to confirming that your quote was by the hours, this is why I asked you to come down and quote me before I gave you the job, I always do , and never try to knock anyone down, in fact on my review I dont deny we had agree a quote, I simply said you robbed me. Dear friend, if you come to my restaurant and dont finish the meal because you dont like it I wont charge you, and you are charged by the courses and not by the "meal", so if you only have half you are charged for half. As per the recipes, if you quote me £67 per hour plus parts, the least I am expecting is to see the cost of the parts, otherwise you could have just quoted me for the full price and I would have said "thanks, no". Said that, I lived in England enough and never liked cricket, you may do, and you got till the last penny as agreed, you even complained because I paid by card. As per the future, you are never going to do any job for me and can be certain I would never recommend your services to any of the people I know.

We rang John after having a leak in our home, he came out straight away and located the cause for it quickly and did a great job fixing it and helping us with a couple of ongoing problems. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing problems.

We needed a plumer out fast and we got one. A plumer called john. We was good at his job. New what needed doing and got on with it. No messing. Will keep his number if I need a plumer again. 10 out of 10.

I contacted John for help regarding a faulty shower in a flat. John liaised with the tenants and replaced the shower unit - all on day one. Unfortunately, the new shower developed a fault. Once again John's response was excellent, and he installed a new unit. Throughout John was professional and cooperative.

Would not recommend. He cut big hole where not needed to be in my storage cuboard. Did not do the work where he said he would and removed kitchen units and caused damage. He got aggressive which resulted in the police being called as he refused to repair damaged units. He threatend and swore infront of my disabled child and caused fright to me and family. Police did nothing and he got away with it leaving me with a hole in wall leading to outside. Kitchen looks a state. Do not have him do work. REPLY TO COMPANY RESPONSE: i asked you why you created such damage to my units and u resorted to aggression. As for smoking i smoke at the door. And dont automatically assume when somebody has a council house they are on benefits. My children are happy and loved get what they need. Then you come into my home and damage it. I was the one who called the police. And ive read another review of your work where all the water went through the ceilings and walls 3 weeks after you carried out your work. Not the first time you have caused damage in a property with your skilled job. As for stealing your equipment i locked my door due to your language and aggression infront of my children. Its totally unacceptable and your obviously protecting your reputation by telling lies. I took photos of everything you damaged today.

I called Leeds Plumber out late on Sunday afternoon, he gave helpful advice over the phone and arrived promptly. Professional and Friendly service - would recommend and use again. Thank you!

John arrived promptly after our emergency call out on Sunday afternoon. He was able to quickly ad calmly locate our stop tap and stop the flow of water from a leak on a washing machine valve which threatened to flood our kitchen. He speedily repaired the fault, turned the water back on and left us able to clean up and get back to normal. We woud certainly call him again.

Needed work done on bathroom fault. Fast response to contact. Fairly and reasonably priced. Professional service. Highly recommend and would definitely use services again.

John has been looking after our plumbing needs at Emmaus Leeds for over 3 years, and he always gives a great service.
