Removal of pre-existing bathroom, tiles and floor and replastered. Removal and replacement of kitchen floor and replacement ceiling and replastering. I saw so many good reviews for this builder, and they came in on budget. The electrician started 1st for a full rewire. There was an issue 1 day that I returned home to find my downstairs windows wide open and no one there. They never returned to complete the work either. So it never got signed off. The plasterer he used did a really rough job, and bridged their work, plastering straight to floorboards. I had a chimney removed. Left the wall in such a state no one would touch it after. Then no one would return my house keys, forcing me to pay for new locks everywhere.
