Booked an appointment for Leigh Electrical to come and change our light fittings, didn't bother to let us know they will not turn up and didn't answer their phones all day. No call back when I finally got through on the telephone the next day to enquire. I was told someone would call me back. Never did. Pretty bad. If they didn't want the job they should have said so when I originally booked the job. No work was carried out and no money changed hands in the end. A great shame as I have used them before once and Will was great. I didn't expect the level of service to drop so badly. Looking at some of the reviews, it would seem I'm not alone with missed appointments and then ghosting calls. If you're a big company with a big job, they probably will turn up and carry out the work. If you're looking for domestic installations, best to avoid and call a different electrician.

"we’re not interested" Was quoted £300 for job that should take 20 minutes and was over priced by double compared to other quotes. Assumed it was a mistake - but when we queried it the owner said "we're not interested" so clearly they knew they were overcharging - quite disgraceful really.

We used Leigh Electrical for a number of electrical jobs in our new house including changing the fuse box and rewiring. Will is very polite and professional, extremely reliable and the diagnosis and jobs were done very promptly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We will definitely be using them for any future jobs required.

Will and his team at Leigh Electrical did a fantastic job! We needed an outdoor lighting installation and some repairs and light installations done inside the house. Prices were extremely reasonable, all the work was done efficiently and to the highest standards. The lights look great! They are friendly and reliable.
