David and his team were very respectful of my home, extremely reliable and very friendly. Always on time and explaining everything in detail. We had been having trouble with our boiler for a while, David said he could repair it but it was old and likely breakdown again. David repaired our boiler, and left a no obligation quote. We shopped around for further quotes but David’s was the best and having dealt with him we knew how reliable they are, would definitely recommend David and his team.
My boiler stopped working due to the minus temperatures. I had tried defrosting the pipe outside but no joy. I have a newborn and was frantic. I received a message at 8:40 (Sunday) and informed them of my new born. I received a phone call from a lovely engineer after 5mins who advised me on how to fix this. He asked me to take a photo and provided support with advice to prevent this. He also offered to drop heaters if require. He responded to my subsequent queries in the day - thank you so much David. Would highly recommend
I recently had Scott from L.E.N. Plumbing out to look at a leak on my 17-year-old boiler. I was really impressed with the service; Scott didn't try to push a sale on me, but gave me his honest, expert opinion when I asked for it. Based on that, I decided to go for a full replacement. He turned up exactly when he said he would, which was brilliant. He was on-site most of the day and worked really hard to get everything finished, leaving the place spotless when he was done.
