Levenside roofer were first to respond, said he'd come out Monday morning, which he did. went up onto the roof and found the broken tile which was causing the problem. "It is hard to rate the quality of the work because we cannot see in detail the work done at the chimney. Hence I have rated it as 'good', based on the overall experience of working with this roofer. I was particularly pleased that he did not insist on using scaffolding for this small job, although I appreciate the risks involved in working at height. I found this tradesman to be friendly and reliable in relation to our job. I would recommend him for similar work."
