Lewis and his partner were brilliant – turned up on time (always a good start!), did exactly what they said they would, and kept me updated along the way. They were really friendly, easy to chat to, and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole experience much more relaxed. It didn’t feel awkward having workmen in the house at all. They worked really cleanly and took care to protect my furnishings, which I really appreciated. The price was very competitive too. All in all, a great job and a genuinely pleasant experience. I was a bit nervous beforehand, but they’ve definitely restored my faith in tradesmen. I’d happily recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to have them back again!”
