"We were fitting a specialised tap in our bar, and Luke was very helpful and communicative ahead of his visit, guiding me on how to prepare the joinery and worktop properly, ensuring the tap came with all of the pipework and parts so on the day of the fit it all came together without any problems. On the day of the install he arrived promptly, double checked all of the parts and got on with the installation. Thanks to Luke I was able to get my bar together without a qualified project manager or designer who would typically coordinating across the various agencies involved."
