Excellent communication throughout, stuck to the schedule and the quote, dealt with any unusual challenge (like mounting both units at first floor level) and even helped to sort out some small issues with the various Apps at the end of it all. After a detailed heat loss survey, Alex and his team installed a Vaillant Arotherm air source heat pump (ASHP) system in December 2023 with a bespoke Newark cylinder and Level 3 heat pump monitoring bundle from OpenEnergyMonitor. The system has been performing brilliantly, regularly achieving COPs of 4/5. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alex/Libtek.
