“After they finished needed to recall them for replacing a cracked rafter, to fix the roof over the bathroom also to repair the gutters they broke... They fixed the roof, but the gutters not. I needed to call someone else to repair their damage after I called them and got my call rejected. Also because of the broken gutter next to the room all the water dropped to the window and the walls started to be wet inside the house. In the room I just renovated. They were really nice, but the job... Expensive and badly done!”

I needed some tiles replacing around stench pipe and running outlet to fall pipe replacing. Roofer replaced pipe and flashing but tiles still missing. Instead of replacing running outlet he bodged the old one with silicone and this is leaking like a waterfall down the side of house (charged me for new part). Phoned company several times and sent photos/video but they just keep fobbing me off saying "someone will call you back." Their invoice says '5 year guarantee,' repair didn't even last 5 weeks! Charged me £450 and now totally ignoring my calls. Avoid these at all costs!
