“I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I had a few people out to quote I’m fitting a wooden floor in my living room. Mark was by far the most professional. He gave me a fair quote turned up when he said he would and done a fantastic job on the floor. All done in less than a day. Looks brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him and I intend to get him back when I get the rest of the house done in the future.”

The workmanship was shocking, skirting boards were badly fitted and the job was left incomplete around the bifold doors. Despite measuring the job himself, he later asked for extra skirting, showing poor planning. He offered to fix the work, but after receiving aggressive, threatening texts chasing payment, I did not feel comfortable allowing him back. Although he waived the skirting charge, I now have to pay another joiner to redo everything. Worst of all, he damaged my fireplace hearth by digging out mortar underneath, leaving it unstable and unsafe. This has been stressful and costly.
