“Rod came to my rescue last week when I had a leak in my upstairs ceiling and my so-called home emergency insurance were “unable to find a plumber” and left me stranded with no water because the stopcock had to be turned off. He arrived really soon after I’d contacted him, so he must have left other work for my emergency. After spending about an hour in the loft moving insulation and checking all the hidden pipework to find the problem, he went straight off to get the required parts for repair and fitted them. I don’t know what I’d have done if he hadn’t been able to help; you can’t live in”
