I hired LK Construction NW Ltd for an extension project under a signed contract dated 31 August 2025. The agreed price was £17,850, and I paid £16,280 in good faith across multiple installments. Only partial work (walls) was completed, and then communication stopped. Hired the company again for the 2. Project on the 8th of January 2026 to build an extension shell with the roof , jobs been done on time without any issues
