Lloyd was unable to fit the light I had bought as it was the wrong type. He helped me find the right one online and I have re-arranged a time for him to return to fit the correct one. Lloyd was great and did not charge me any call out fee as he was unable to complete the job. I thought that was great customer service. I’d highly recommend him.

I had a really positive experience with Lloyd Hallowell Electrics. I bought a glass lampshade and was not sure if it could be hung in our dining room as it didnt have any fittings and is an unusual shape. Lloyd provided really helpful guidance over several weeks to ensure I had the right fittings, and then the installation by one of Lloyd's associates was quick and effective. Highly recommended!

Lloyd Hallowell Electrics are highly recommendable. For service, value for money, professionalism and everything you would expect from a trusted electrician, do not look any further than Lloyd. Aside from being professional in his trade, he is genuinely a really lovely man and extremely trustworthy. We have used Lloyd various times but on this occasion his colleague Nathan carried out the job, just as perfectly. Extremely happy thank you again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have used these guys twice now, once for troubleshooting underfloor heating which required a new higher amp spur to be installed, and then for installing a new socket in a cupboard. Very happy with the service on both occasions!

I had a few things that needed to be installed ranging from extractor fans to radiators. Lloyd was extremely helpful in recommending reliable units and Nathan installed everything quickly and to a high standard.

Excellent communication flow with Lloyd Hallowell during the booking process. It was clear, itemising the costs, who was going to come to do the work, and what to expect. Booking the time slot was easy and quick. On the scheduled day, I was contacted directly by the electrician who came (Nathan), asking if it would be possible to come earlier, which was better for me. Pleasant and friendly chap, he did the work quickly and efficiently, and provided advice on other electrical issues to be dealt with at another time. Overall, highly satisfied with the service provided.
