Failed to correctly diagnose fault or fully rectify issue, charge £180, exact same fault returned 2.5 weeks later and was told it would be a brand new job and another call out charge 12-Mar - Electrician attended to investigate and rectify why my hot water cylinder was not receiving power. When the electrician put their multimeter on the contactor to test it, the whole system started working again. Electrician stated they were not sure exactly why it started working again and if it happens again to call and they will comeback. On-site max 30 mins. 30-Mar - I returned from holiday to no hot water. Contacted Lloyd to see if the electrician can return to investigate why the exact same fault has returned and was told it will be a brand new job and another minimum call out charge despite it being only 2.5 weeks after they attended. I was told the original charge was not for full diagnosis nor to fix the issue
I had an emergency electrical issue and Lloyd Hallowell Electrics sent a technician out immediately. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is outstanding.
I must say that Lloyd is the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to electricity, he has over 20 years of experience and takes care of my dealership and home whenever I have electrical issues, he is very fair, fast and efficient and truly treats every customer like family, you can't go wrong with him, I guarantee it!!
They were professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely call them if I have another need. The job was challenging because of the shortened attic. They got it done without complaining and same price as what they quoted. I am happy I found them through internet search.
Lloyd Hallowell Electrics is the best. Alfred came out trouble shoot a major shortage in my main circuit breaker panel that was burned out he was here about 4 hours & replace the main breaker and other parts on the panel excellent work I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called this company and set am appointment the electrician arrived on time and was very professional and informative the pricing was reasonable I highly recommend this company if you are looking to get LED lights installed.
Fantastic communication and help throughout the process of a lot of electrical work. I'm a first time buyer and the process was daunting, however I felt supported throughout the process. Lloyd, Alfred & Nathan were diligent and helpful, with Lloyd providing really thorough and detailed communication over email. I plan on using them in the future, and have recommended them to others, can't speak highly enough of Lloyd and the team.
We asked Lloyd Hallowell Electrics to stop in for a repair on a light fixture that was not working and to quote on rewiring hall fixtures that had been around for years. The electrician was very professional and gave us some excellent advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Lloyd Hallowell Electrics and will be contacting them for future electrical needs.

Lloyd was awesome. He is honest and fair. He did the wire upgrade and completed a dedicated circuit for the new double oven. He also fixed some issues with our circuit panel. Will definitely use him again. And If you are looking for a great electrician at a great and fair price don’t hesitate to call him.

We set up a time for the work to be done and the guys who came were very professional and knowledgeable and the work they did was perfect from start to finish. Very reasonable.
