Leigh was quick to respond when we initially enquired for a quote, and came around to talk through what we wanted giving us honest advice on the difference between bathroom brands and didn’t push for the most expensive brands. We had had multiple quotes, Leigh’s was comparable but included things others did not. He came around twice to check on things before we had even agreed and wasn’t pushy at all, he sourced most of the bathroom apart from the bath as we needed a specific type. He was polite and punctual at all times. The fitting team were equally polite and helpful and were particularly tidy. They worked extremely hard to finish to the timescale. We had a small issue with the bathroom cabinet as it was the wrong one delivered, unfortunately the company didn’t have the right colour match cabinet, despite this Leigh, went to great lengths to make one for us so that it colour matched with the fitted units. Would definitely welcome them back again & recommend to family and friends.
I was very impressed with the owner Leigh and he and his team were always skilled, punctual and professional. There was never any pressure to sign up and the quote was very reasonable. Delivered quickly and efficiently without any fuss.
Great experience, Leigh and his team (especially Ian) are fantastic and the work they did was superb. They are polite, friendly, professional and go beyond what was expected, we are truly very happy with the work they have done and couldn’t recommend them enough. We hope to have more work to ask them to do soon!
Where to begin regarding Leigh and his team. From start to finish they were excellent. Bathroom converted to shower room, Kitchen floor changed and new tank in loft fitted. Dan who did plumbing, wallboards and flooring was friendly, polite and totallly professional. Andrew who did among other things the carpentry was also professional and friendly. Owen and Dan the appentices were really nice and mainly due to them the house was left clean and tidy every day. Leigh hmself went over and above to ensure everything ran smoothly and to everyones satisfaction, nothing was too much for him or the team. If any hiccup arose it was dealt with immediately. From start too finish Leigh had tried to make the experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Leigh and his team.
I can thoroughly recommend Leigh and his team. They turn up when they say they will, work hard and take pride in delivering excellent results. They are always pleasant and polite and kept me informed at all stages. I am delighted with my new bathroom.

Brilliant is the only word. We had a total refit of our bathroom and cannot fault either the design or workmanship. Leigh and his team of Andrew and Owen are extremely likeable and polite. At the end of each working day everything was tidied up and vacuumed. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Arranged an appointment with Lee to give a quote for a shower install / removal bath for elderly parent. A time was arranged 5 days in advance but the company did not show or make any contact to state they wouldn't be attending. This has unfortunately put back any work which is important as my father who is 92 has no access to showering/washing
Did a fantastic job couldn't wish for a better team I love my bathroom been delayed filling in review as mom who had been ill during the refurbishment sadly passed away .I'd 100% give them 10 stars across the board.
Leigh and the team did a fab job, thank you. You can see from the pic attached, they transformed our bathroom for the better!!! Over the moon with our tiles and new shower.

Fitted my bathroom and tiled my kitchen floor and walls. Also fixed some problems in the kitchen from a previous fitter. Really professional. Top quality workmanship. Would recommend for these kind of jobs - it's hard to come by reliable people but I know I'm in good hands with Leigh and his team! Thanks for a great job!
We needed a full rip out and replacement of our very outdated bathroom. Leigh, Dan and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Leigh was always quick to respond to my many queries - always keen to help and nothing was too much trouble. Dan help design the bathroom, giving great advice and ideas. Leigh sourced excellent quality fitting. The project was carried out seamlessly and on time. Dan and Owen arrived promptly every day, worked hard, were lovely to have around and tidied and cleared away each evening. We were delighted with the finished bathroom. I thoroughly recommend LME for any plumbing and refurbishment work.
The whole experience of the kitchen refurbishment was very well orchestrated. We were helped from design to buying with a very professional company owner and his team of craftsmen . Nothing was too much trouble and they all aimed for a high standard of service and finish. They all work efficiently and aim to complete tasks on time enabling them to complete the work and fitting in a short time as possible. At the end of the day all areas that have been worked and walked on are left in a habitable state. Andrew was the team leader for this project and his work is meticulous. If a deviation from the original plan is requested they are willing to comply and work willingly with us. This is the second time we have used LME the first was for the bathroom and again the company and workmen have exceeded expectations. With both jobs what Leigh (company owner) promised was delivered. Great work yet again our thanks to all the team.

Was really pleased with the work carried out on my bathroom- also Leigh went out of his way to get my bathroom finished so we were not without a bathroom for too long. They were very friendly and professional and didn’t leave any mess. Nothing has been too much trouble; afterwards I had a slight problem with the shower screen; Leigh arranged to come out within the hour that day to check and rectify the problem! I would definitely recommend.
