Although Lewis was very pleasant to deal with, he did not complete the full scope of the work that he quoted for. This did not become apparent until the spring where the plants that he had supposedly cleared began to shoot and grow again. I had to spend a further day completing the work myself, pulling up all the roots from the pampas grass that he had removed just the top of. I also cleared conifer roots and other plant debris producing two builders bags of root waste. I did call Lewis on several occasions to give him the chance to make it right but he has not been in touch.
